YTB Compensation Plan or Traverus Travel

That is the biggest question in MLM Today.

Since I have been with both companies I can give an accurate and honest comparison.
Yes I am biased because I switched from YTB to Traverus because of the compensation plan.
However I will be objective as I explain the Difference. This will give a person who does not know much about compensation plans an in dept look at how the money is made in network marketing. This resource will help the experienced networker make his or her decision quickly based on the numbers.

First Controversial Statement.
YTB is a recruiting and bonus income driven plan
Traverus is a group residual income driven plan

Here is what I mean. In order to make large income in YTB your get multiple bonuses based on your organization growing in size by 6's Everytime your power team grows by 6 you get a bonus. Once your organization is balanced in 3 legs and your group grows to a certain Size you get additional large bonuses and you can make those bonuses again when your group grows to that size again. Residual income is $2 per person in your power teams and dream team. You get matching sign up bonuses for those you recruit. The compensation plan is built of leveraging your downlines recruiting for bonuses.

In Traverus to make the large money your group all builds one matrix Together and the more you bring in people the larger everyones business grows together. Traverus allows you to leveraging the team network. Each time someone joins not only do you get paid but 9 other people in the matrix also gets residual income. Each time a person Joins Traverus 9 people get residual income. Traverus also gives you matching bonuses for every sign up not in multiples of people joining. Traverus Residual income is the highest in the industry starting at $5 per person paid to infinity and upto $15 per person in the group matrix.

The Direct Selling Association (which YTB is a member of) States that the majority of people in a home base business only sponsor 2.3 people into thier program.

To begin building your YTB team you must first build a First Team. You must achieve your first multiple of 6 people you will not get a bonus for your first six combination that goes to your upline. You must recruit at least 3 but you must have a total of 6 people in some combination to move forward in the compensation plan you can sponsor all 6 peoples but I would not suggest it. Because you lose allot of income in your first Team. There are never any 1000 bonus checks in your first team forever. No Matter how large your first team gets you will never get a bonus from your first team it always builds your uplines buisness. This is call an up system because the first 6 go up to your upline power team leader. This is great for the builders who have multiples of people in thier first teams. But it is bad for the inexperienced networker as the sharpest people they sponsor first will be the ones they make the least on. The first team will only pay you a %50 match on those your personally sponsored but the entire group does not count for your growth bonuses Ever. You do not qualify till your get 6 in your next team of recruits called your power team.

Why would YTB have a program that requires you to sponsor 6 knowing the statistics of DSA plainly tells us that most people never achieve that. How many people are doing that in this economy at $500 to join? YTB has published the numbers which shows us more people are not than are. you will see for yourself the % of people who ever get out of this First team is under 20% of the entire company. Folks that is a huge faliure rate of people never ever getting to the bonus money the video speaks so easily about.


Traverus compensation plan is build to help people gain residual income based on the principal the Direct Selling Association reports. 2 to 3 people.

In Traverus you get 150% Matching Coded Bonus on your First two people. Your are paid more money on the first two people than anywhere else in our program which ensures the average person can earn with simple duplication.

100% Matching Coded Bonus starting from your third person. You also Qualify for residual income after your first person. You get into infinity bonuses starting with your 3rd person. You get signing bonuses from every persons first two of everyones first two through infinate levels!

You earn 50% of all Personal sales commissions earned by your personally enrolled Agents, Starting on your 1st

These Bonuses Pay out Weekly. As you can see everyone doing something simple with just one or two people through infinate level is very duplicatible.



Plus and you get $5 per person per month though infinate levels on all of those first two as well!Starting with Page you are getting residual money to infinity. You Also get bonus money from Shawn and Shanna more then anyone else which you will see below.

Everyone that you sponsor in Traverus you also recieve 100% Matching Residual Coded Bonus!!! Everything they make residually, so do you!!!

If this Person was in YTB All of this Activity would have been in thier first Team and they would not get any $1000 bonuses no matter how many people this group grows to it all goes to thier upline. They do not get direct residual income off this group as well. Only those they sponsored will they get $1 off of if they person they sponsored gets to thier own power team and gets residuals.

From the foundation of brining in your first 3 to six people into your program. Which is what that masses do. Which program is going to pay the average producer more income in bonuses and residual income? Are more people average or producers or recruiting machines. At traverus we have a slogan ordinary people earning extraordinary incomes.

I joined with YTB with the idea of starting a home-based business and generating passive revenue, PLUS I wanted to save on my own personal travel. Though YTB appears to offer a good compensation plan, there were flaws.

The three major problems with the marketing plan ...

#1 Cost! $500.00 + $149.95 and a 8 hour day for your CRTA training! total $650.00

#2 Aussie 6 up program, you need to give up your first 6 to get to your power team ( the average person only ever enrolls 2.3 people)

#3 95% of the people never get to the residual income, because they never get to their power team.


I was introduced to Traverus a couple of times but didn't look at it seriously the 1st time because I had just spent $500 to join YTB. Once I looked at it with an open mind, it was a no brainer and I had to make the switch over to TraVerus!


Just a couple of great examples when you compare the compensation plans and start-up costs:

YTB pays 60% travel commission,.... of the only 8 % to 10% booked through the site! Out side the site pays more.
Traverus pays 75% travel commission...of the only 8 % to 10% booked through the site! Out side the site pays more.

YTB pays $50.00 on a $449.00 start up cost
Traverus pays $50.00 on a $119.00 start up cost

YTB pays a 50% matching bonus after you enroll three people
Traverus pays 150% matching coded bonus on your first two enrollment's then 100% from your third on, and a 50% matching enroller bonus starting with your 1st enrollment

YTB pays $2.00 per month residual income per person from your 7th person on that are coded to you in your power team.
Traverus pays you $5.00 per month residual from your 3rd person and on all people coded to you from those enrollments.

YTB pays $2.00 per month residual in your dream team first generation then progressively less
Traverus pays pays in a forced bonus matrix in addition to the $5.00 coded residual bonus, they pay $6.00 per month 2nd generation $10.00 a month 3rd generation $5.00 month 4th generation $4.00 a month 5th & 6th generation and more on the same people!

YTB doesn't offer Member Trips that are way less than FAM trips,
